1. How long does it take to receive my wreath?
Each wreath is handmade with care. Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. During busy seasons or for custom orders, please allow extra time. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your wreath ships. I will advise you once your order is confirmed if the completion date may exceed my normal turnaround time.
2. Do you offer custom wreaths?
Yes! I love creating unique, made-to-order pieces. If you have a specific color scheme, holiday, theme, or style in mind, please contact us. We will work together to design something special.
3. What size are your wreaths?
Wreath sizes vary slightly based on materials and style. Most wreaths measure approximately 22–24 inches in diameter once fully styled. Exact dimensions are listed in each product description.
4. Can I hang my wreath outdoors?
Yes — but for best results, I recommend placing your wreath in a covered outdoor area like a porch. This helps protect it from rain, harsh sun, and extreme weather.
5. How do I store my wreath between seasons?
To increase your wreath’s longevity, store it in a wreath storage box or a large plastic bag. Keep it flat or hanging in a cool, dry place away from heavy objects or moisture. You may add a shipping box to your order if you would like to use this for storage.
6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each wreath is handmade and often customized, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your wreath arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and I will work you to resolve the issue.
7. Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
I currently ship throughout the U.S. via trusted carriers; usually UPS. If you’re local to Fort Mill, SC, reach out before placing your order to ask about possible local pickup and delivery.
8. Do you offer bulk orders or event wreaths?
