Refunds & Workshop Cancellation Policy

Wreath Orders

All sales for wreaths are final. I want nothing more for you to be happy with your purchase and will do what I can to correct any issues. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me as soon as possible and will be handled on a case-by-case basis, excluding shipping costs.  

Wreath Workshops

Wreath workshops tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a wreath workshop you reserved a seat for, you use your ticket for a future workshop or purchase a wreath to be made within my current turnaround time. If in the unfortunate event I would need to cancel a workshop, you will be given the option of a future workshop, wreath order, or a refund.
