All sales are final. Custom or personalized orders will not be eligible for refunds or returns, but if there is a problem with an item, please contact me and we will work together to resolve any issues. Other refunds/returns may be offered on a case-by-case basis, excluding shipping costs. Please reach out immediately should you have any questions or concerns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
